Impeccible (yarn) Seed Stitch Winter Scarf (multiple yarns)

multiple yarns used

(corrections, missing row of number fixed) 10/12/2014
I used a Seed stitch pattern to create this scarf. I used 3 yarns from Michaels, Impeccible  “Loops and Threads” to create color blocking. I used them in the order in which they are listed below.
Yarns Used: Impeccible, Loops and Threads
  • Leaf (green)
  • Topaz (orangy copper color)
  • Heather (light tan)

Size: 7 inches by 62 inches
Hook Size: K
Chain 21 or any odd number

Topaz: Rows: 1-6, 17-19, 36-40,46-51, 62-65, 74-81, 95-100

Leaf: Rows: 7-14 , 20-25 , 41-42, 52-55, 66-73, 82-87, 101-110

Heather: Rows: 15-16, 26-35, 43-45, 56-61, 88-94, 111-114 end

Row 1: do 1 SC in second chain from hook,* 1 DC in next chain, 1 SC in the next chain* Repeat across the row

Row 2: chain 1, turn… skip 1st stitch (normally you don't but for this pattern you have an "empty" stitch every other stitch), *1SC and 1DC in next stitch, skip 1 stitch*    repeat across the row.
When you have 2 stitches left skip 1 and 1sc and 1dc in the last stitch

Repeat row 2

Repeat row 2 for the pattern.
